What I do

Enterprise integration, support and consulting

Seven years spent on the inside of enterprise systems — supporting Workday Adaptive Planning, running integrations across LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and managing cloud-hosted database environments for US healthcare providers.

The work below is where that experience is worth paying for. If your problem is not on this list, it is still worth asking.

How engagements usually work

Almost everything starts as a diagnostic. Something is failing, or producing numbers nobody trusts, and the internal team has already spent longer on it than they intended. The first deliverable is a clear account of what is actually happening, with the evidence behind it.

That is deliberately a small commitment. It gives you something useful — a root cause you can act on, or the technical evidence needed to push a vendor — regardless of whether we work together afterwards. Where remediation follows, it is scoped separately once the problem is actually understood rather than estimated in advance from a symptom.

I work remotely from Pune and have spent my career supporting enterprise customers and cross-functional teams across time zones.

What I am not

I am one engineer, not an agency. That is an advantage for hard diagnostic problems and a disadvantage for large parallel builds, and it is worth being honest about which one you have.

I am also not an authorised implementation partner for any of the platforms named here. Where you need licensing, contractual coverage or a certified partner, that is a different kind of supplier. What I offer is independent engineering judgement from someone who has worked on these systems from the inside.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem rather than the solution. Working out which category it falls into is part of the job.
